Privacy Policy

What we collect. Your email address (for login), API usage logs (endpoint, status, credits, timestamps), and billing information processed by Stripe. We never see your card details.

What we don't do. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your request history for anything other than operating the service, billing, and abuse prevention.

Sub-processors. Stripe (payments), Resend (login emails), our cloud hosting and database providers, and speech-to-text providers that process public podcast audio.

Data retention & deletion. Usage logs are kept for up to 24 months. Email support@podscriptapi.com to delete your account and associated personal data.
